Jenny Midyat is the Vice President of Total Rewards at ChampionX in Houston, Texas. She oversees global and local compensation, benefit, and mobility programs for employees across the globe. After living and working in Istanbul, Turkey for 15 years, she developed a passion for teaching others about local pay practices and cultural differences that affect human resources, specifically compensation and benefits. She has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
