Cara Adams founded Texas Relief Warriors in the wake of Hurricane Harvey in 2017. She started a Facebook group that would change the lives of numerous flood victims forever. Since Hurricane Harvey, Texas Relief Warriors has responded to over 8 natural disasters along the Gulf Coast and provided over 1 million pounds of relief aid. The City of Houston recently recognized her hard work and dedication to disaster relief by presenting her with a proclamation naming October 10th Texas Relief Warriors Day in Houston. Cara also founded Texas Festival Vendors, an online boutique platform, which helps small businesses that were struggling to survive as events were canceled during the pandemic. Cara has a heart of gold and is always looking for the next way to provide relief to someone, somewhere.
