For over 30 years, Christina Sistrunk has held management and executive roles focused on assessing and delivering next level performance. She has lead organizations across Upstream E&P, both IOC and independent, ranging in revenue from $2- 10B.
Although Christina has experience with organizational turnarounds including cash management and restructuring, her focus has been on value creation via development of effective strategy, execution, improved leadership capability and accountability. She has used these approaches to improve cash flow and profitability while also creating step changes in safety and environmental performance and stakeholder engagement.
Prior to her CEO role, Christina was a VP with Shell focused first on deepwater production and development and then Arctic strategy. She has served on several industry and community boards in addition to the Aera Board of Managers. In those roles, she has used her role to both assure near term performance delivery as well as development of longer-term strategies and deliverables for success of those organizations.
Christina started her career after earning a BS in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University. Her management training has been supported via formal programs at Amoco and Shell via IMD and the University of Houston. Her approach to lifelong learning has been supported by a strong willingness to reach out to external and internal resources to find better ways to deliver next-level performance.
