Laura Davison is a passionate champion of the energy transition, Laura brings spirit and engagement to all aspects of her work and to the teams she leads.

Laura has worked in the energy industry for almost two decades, leading strategic, customer-focused operations, marketing communications, and sales initiatives. Her experience has shown her the power individuals and organizations can harness when they put people first and prioritize collaboration and knowledge sharing. With this, Laura finds mentoring and coaching on personal brand particularly meaningful.

Laura has worked for numerous Fortune 500 companies, including Cushman & Wakefield, Cameron, and Ecolab. She is currently leading in a dual-hatted role as the Director of Enterprise Brand and Chemical Technologies Marketing & Communications at ChampionX, where she has worked since 2015.

When not traveling or trying out one of Houston’s amazing restaurants, Laura can be found devouring podcasts and audiobooks. She currently lives in Houston with her husband and 9-year-old twins.
