Bella is a passionate, engaged, and enthusiastic student, currently enrolled in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program at her high school. She is a 2nd-generation Mexican American, with a love for traveling and learning about her culture. Bella is in her third year with the Atlas Scholars program. In addition, Bella is an EMERGE fellow, Bezos Scholar, and Alexander Hamilton Scholar. She takes active leadership roles in various clubs, such as Student Council, Interact Rotary, Hispanic Honor Society, and more. Raised in an urban city, Bella has firm beliefs in tackling environmental consequences through legislative action. She is driven by the impending threat of climate change and necessity for a clean Earth for future generations.
