Devon has had opportunities in various industries, including Higher Education, Retail, Restaurant, and now Resources and Energy. During her 20 years as an HR professional in multiple roles, she has been recognized for providing HR leadership for over 4,700 employees throughout 30 states and Puerto Rico while maintaining compliance with all regulations. Devon also has a reputation for improving HR scorecards by 44%, reducing turnover by 6%, and achieving a 19% reduction in RGM churn. Currently, Devon serves as a Regional Diversity and Inclusion Manager for America’s Market at Worley.



Devon is a Certified Diversity professional who holds a Master’s of Science in HR Leadership from Sullivan University and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Arts Administration, and a minor in Dance from the University of Kentucky. Devon and her two heartbeats (Destiny (20) and Ma’kai (5) live in Lexington, KY, where she enjoys serving her community. She has volunteered at the Center for Family and Community Service for over 10 years. She has served as a grant reviewer and evaluator for Autism Speaks. She is the founder of a non-profit organization called A.L.O.P.E.C (Ambisiously Living On Purpose with Exceptional Courage) whose mission is to educate and encourage others to celebrate and embrace those with unique differences.
