To qualify for a team GRIT Award, we are looking for groups who recognize the value of collaboration and inclusion. They support diversity while achieving tremendous success collectively for their company. They embrace inclusion and use it to their advantage to problem-solve and generate new and innovative solutions for their company. 

Qualifications

The only requirement when nominating a team is that they must be in the energy sector (corporate, entrepreneur, student or even someone unemployed) and accomplishing specific things that embody GRIT (growth, resilience, innovation/new ways of working, inclusion, and talent). 

New Award: The Trailblazing Energy Superhero award spotlights affinity groups that help younger professionals through mentorship, outreach program(s) or other sustainable events. Tell us how your affinity group is leading the way to inspiring the next Generation of Energy Superheroes. 

Criteria for Trailblazing Energy Superhero Award: The outreach program is unique and/or has had a significant impact; the program has been implemented and has been received in a positive manner; the program was initiated and conducted by members of affinity group; the program demonstrates a commitment to employee volunteerism and community service.
