Sami has nearly 20 years’ experience in both recruitment and HR operational roles and is now VP for Inclusion and Diversity at Wood PLC. Now in a global role he has previously had experience of leading and transforming regional teams across a variety of industries in engineering and consultancy across energy and the built environment. Passionate about leadership and driving change, none more so than behaviours and culture around inclusion and diversity (I&D) and how that can impact business performance from engagement, retention, and innovation.
