The ALLY Council connects the energy industry to niche resources and best practices to provide a neutral platform for dialogue and actions to address equity and inclusion with a focus on gender, race, sexual orientation, and neurodiversity. Our members represent oil and gas, power and utilities, and renewables.   

The Energy Workforce of the Future™ is the workforce development initiative of ALLY. In the Fall of 2019, over 80 companies, organizations, and academic institutions concluded that in order to attract, develop and retain talent, we need to work together on four critical areas for the energy sector as a whole. The EWOTF is a critical enabler to delivering a lower carbon future.
