Description

The COVID19 pandemic is one of the most severe economic and energy disruptions in recent history. With the resilience of business and society tested to the limit, our assumptions around the roles of business, investors and government are shifting. On top of disruptions to business, mobility, and life, there will be longer-lasting implications for the energy transition.  This session will explore how the make-up of the energy workforce will transform to drive forward the energy transition. A broad discussion, it will cover industry mindsets, diversity and inclusion, ways of working and skills.
