Brandi Khoury is currently the lead for Resourcing in the Americas (previous organisation known as Recruitment). She assumed her current role in October 2018. Prior to her Resourcing Manager role she was the global HR Manager for IT Services & Operations. In her 23 years with Shell she has held roles in HR in the Business, HR in Country, Talent, Policy, Processes & Systems. She has worked in a number of Shell’s businesses including: IT, Lubricants Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing, Supply & Distribution, Finance, Refining, and Exploration & Production.

Some of her personal career highlights include: leading the resourcing for 15000 internal jobs in 8 weeks, leading the global Vibrant Workplace initiative in IT, enabling the recruitment of over 1000 staff in Bangalore, leading a global team of senior leaders to develop interventions so that women at mid-management levels could more easily move to senior executive level, managing the people element of Hurricane Katrina for the 1500 Shell staff in the aftermath of the hurricane, successfully negotiating 8 union contracts in 1 year, developing living policies for staff in the Arctic after visiting one of the furthermost Northern villages in the world, and designing a new Sales organization for 1000 staff.

Brandi joined Shell in 1997 from New Mexico State University after completing her Bachelors in Human Resources Management and International Business.

Brandi serves as a business faculty member for Sr. Women Connect & Shell’s Women’s Career Development Program. She is personally committed to enabling women in the workforce and with her leadership has helped to recruit 38% females in the Bangalore IT hub (vs others at
