Hillary Holmes is a partner in the Houston office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, Co-Chair of the firm’s Capital Markets practice group, and a member of the firm’s Securities Regulation and Corporate Governance, Energy and Infrastructure, Oil and Gas, M&A and Private Equity practice groups. Ms. Holmes’ practice focuses on capital markets, securities regulation, and corporate governance, primarily in the energy industry.

Ms. Holmes represents public companies and private companies of all sizes, MLPs, investment banks, management teams, and private equity in all forms of capital raising transactions, including IPOs, registered offerings of debt or equity, private placements, 144A offerings of debt or equity, joint ventures, structured investments, de-SPAC transactions, direct listings, and spin-offs. Ms. Holmes provides regular counseling regarding securities laws, SEC reporting, ESG issues and governance matters. Ms. Holmes also frequently advises boards of directors, special committees and financial advisors in complex M&A transactions, conflicts of interest, and special situations.

She is also the founder of Lean In Energy, a global nonprofit solely devoted to mentoring in the energy sector. Ale serves as Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair of the Board of Structural Integrity Associates, a specialty engineering company serving multiple industries including Nuclear, Fossil, Oil & Gas, Renewables, and Critical Infrastructure.

With nearly 30 years of experience, Ms. Veltmann previously served as Chief Accounting Officer for Paragon Offshore and Geokinetics and held various positions with KPMG LLP. She is a certified public accountant and is an alumna of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. She is also a graduate of the Harvard Women of Boards Program and is a Governance Leadership Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors.

Linette Casey is the Director of Power Systems Development at Siemens Energy, Inc.  She is responsible for leading a nationwide team of highly talented sales and business development managers focused on new and emerging energy technologies across multiple strategic businesses including Siemens Energy, Inc., Siemens Smart Infrastructure, Fluence Energy and Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy. Her team focuses on driving the renewable energy transition alongside key customers who are implementing new energy technologies including major utility, developer and EPC verticals. Current technologies of focus include in part on-shore and off-shore wind, solar, hydrogen, battery storage, transportation electrification, digitalization, decarbonization studies, grid access, emerging thermal generation modalities, and various Power to X technologies currently in research and development. Recently she has seen an increase in the ESG discussions among customers across the Energy industry and is leading an effort to respond to the inquiries.

She has been with Siemens for 19 years in both the Orlando and Boston areas where she held positions in Order Management, Procurement, Inventory Management and Sales. She is a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt. Prior to working for Siemens, she provided logistics support to the US Navy SEALs. She holds a B.S. in International Business & Logistics from Maine Maritime Academy and an M.S. in Management from Troy State University.

Linette is passionate about connecting, developing, and mentoring strong women and girls. She is a founding member of the Boston Chapter of the Women’s Energy Network having been recently elected by her peers to the President-Elect role. She is a life-time Girl Scout where she has served in a wide variety of roles form the local to national level over the past 35 years. She was recently honored by PowerGen International with the Excellence In Character Award (formerly Woman of the Year).

Having three teenagers at home has helped Linette hone her work-life integration skills over the course of her career. She is currently pursuing a Graduate Degree in Corporate Sustainability & Innovation at Harvard.

Robyn E. Zolman is a partner in the Denver office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and is a member of the firm's Capital Markets, Securities Regulation and Corporate Governance and Energy and Infrastructure practice groups. Ms. Zolman has extensive experience representing energy industry clients in a wide variety of capital markets transactions, including public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, tender offers, exchange offers, consent solicitations, spin-offs and corporate restructurings.
